Eric and Toni Farmer founded Farmer Construction, Inc in 1993. The Company was founded on the principles of providing a quality home, on time, and on budget. To this day our principles have stood the test of time.

In 2001 Eric and Toni made the decision to move into the custom and semi-Custom home market. This same year Farmer Construction, Inc. started doing business as Farmer Custom Homes.
